- Holy shit. This was so incredible— such an amazing exploration of what makes a person really themselves, and what Will wants from Hannibal and why he’s willing to give up so much for it. Hannibal is incarcerated post-canon and Chilton lobotomizes him. Hannibal loses all memory of everything, and Will throws away his entire life to run away with him. God, this is so sad but beautiful and I think... has such a strong possibility of a gorgeous happy ending, except it’s unfinished and ends in a awful, nail-clenching place, oh god.
